Adam has become an integral part of the management team during his tenure, and has played a pivotal role in the Group's transformation to becoming a managed services provider.\nAdam has held senior management and board level positions over the last 14 years within the managed services and telecoms sector. Prior to joining the Group, Adam was responsible for the Sales and Technical functions of Vispa Limited, a cloud hosting and connectivity provider. Prior to this, Adam held senior positions at both Aspire Internet Limited and Legend Communications plc. \nAdam is currently interested in 118,365 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.51 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. \nChris Evans, CEO of SysGroup, said \"We are delighted to welcome Adam to the Board.
