Julian will step down from the Board with immediate effect but remain with the Group for a short period to execute an orderly handover.\nMartin brings with him significant senior finance and operational experience. Martin is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PwC in 2000, and will be joining the Group from NCC Group Plc, which he joined in 2014, where he was Associate Director of Finance and Group Financial Controller. Prior to this he worked at Baker Tilly and MBL Group plc in senior finance positions.\nAdam Binks, CEO of SysGroup, said \"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Julian for his contribution to the Group and wish him well for the future.
