Synthomer plc has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with Ian Tyler and Roberto Gualdoni stepping down as planned. Janet Ashdown will succeed Ian Tyler as Senior Independent Director, and Jonathan Silver will take over from Ian Tyler as Chair of the Audit Committee, bringing relevant financial experience.
