2023 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Synthomer plc (the "Company") has today published its 2023 annual report and accounts and posted the notice of annual general meeting 2024 and related documents to shareholders.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted the following documents to the Financial Conduct Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism:

·    annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023

·    notice of annual general meeting 2024 (which will be held on 9 May 2024 at 11.00 am)

·    associated form of proxy for the annual general meeting
