[{"type":"text","content":"\n Plastics Capital PLC\n05 December 2007\n\n\nFor Immediate Release 5 December 2007\n\n\n Plastics Capital plc\n\n ('Plastics Capital' or the 'Company')\n\n\n DEALINGS ON AIM\n\n FOLLOWING THIRD ADMISSION\n\n\nPlastics Capital, the consolidator of plastics products manufacturers focused on\nproprietary products for niche markets, today announces that dealings have\ncommenced in 7,984,000 Ordinary Shares, representing the Second VCT Qualifying\nShares, following Third Admission to AIM.\n\n\nDealings in a total of 2,976,002 Ordinary Shares have commenced following First\nAdmission and Second Admission on 3 and 4 December respectively.\n\n\nDealings in the Company's Shares following Fourth Admission are expected to be\nin accordance with the timetable below.\n\n\nExpected Timetable\n\nFourth Admission\n\n8.00am on Thursday 6 December\n\n15,889,998 Ordinary Shares, representing the Consideration Shares and the\nNon-VCT Qualifying Shares\n\nThe total sum of all four Admissions amounts to 26,850,000 Ordinary Shares which\nat the Placing Price of 100 pence per Share would give the Company a market\ncapitalisation of £26.85 million assuming Fourth Admission occurs.\n\n\nPlastics Capital appears under the EPIC code 'PLA'.\n\n\nCharles Stanley Securities, a trading division of Charles Stanley & Co.
