Synstar PLC 21 May 2001 DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN ORDINARY SHARES Synstar Plc received notification on 18 May 2001 from The Trident European Fund that European Fund (Services) Limited has increased its holding in the Company to 7,050,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. This represents 4.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
