[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 5732Z Plastics Capital PLC 17 January 2011 \n \n\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n17 January 2011\n\n\n\n\n \nPlastics Capital plc\n(\"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nIssue of Equity\nPlastics Capital plc (AIM: PLA), the niche plastics products manufacturer, is pleased to announce that pursuant to the appointment of Keith Oliver Butler-Wheelhouse as a Non-Executive Director, the Group has issued 50,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each to Mr. Butler-Wheelhouse (representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital) at a price of 72.5 pence per sharebeing the closing mid-price of the Group's ordinary shares on 14 January 2010. Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission expected to take place on 18 January 2010.
