[{"type":"text","content":"\n Plastics Capital PLC\n03 December 2007\n\n\nFor Immediate Release 3 December 2007\n\n\n Plastics Capital plc\n\n FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS ON AIM OF\n LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE PLC\n ('Plastics Capital' or the 'Company')\n\n\n\nPlastics Capital, the consolidator of plastics products manufacturers focused on\nproprietary products for niche markets, today announces that dealings have\ncommenced in 1,926,002 Ordinary Shares, representing the EIS Qualifying Shares\nand the Existing Ordinary Shares in issue prior to the Placing, following First\nAdmission to AIM.\n\nDealings in the Company's Shares following Second Admission, Third Admission and\nFourth Admission are expected in accordance with the timetable below.\n\nExpected Timetable\n\nSecond Admission\n8.00am on Tuesday 4 December\n1,050,000 Ordinary Shares, representing the First VCT Qualifying Shares\n\nThird Admission\n8.00am on Wednesday 5 December\n7,984,000 Ordinary Shares, representing the Second VCT Qualifying Shares\n\nFourth Admission\n8.00am on Thursday 6 December\n15,889,998 Ordinary Shares, representing the Consideration Shares and the\nNon-VCT Qualifying Shares\n\nTotal sum of all four Admissions amounts to 26,850,000 Ordinary Shares which at\nthe Placing Price of 100 pence per Share would give a market capitalisation of\n£26.85 million assuming Second Admission, Third Admission and Fourth Admission\noccur.\n\nPlastics Capital will appear under the EPIC code 'PLA'.\n\nCharles Stanley Securities, a trading division of Charles Stanley & Co.
