27 May 2002 Synstar plc ("Synstar or "the Group") Board Appointment of Executive Director Synstar Plc announces the appointment of Mr Michael Ernest Ettling (37) to the Board of Synstar as Managing Director for UK and Ireland, with effect from 5 June 2002. Mr Ettling joins Synstar from EDS, where he was responsible for Business Process Outsourcing in Central Europe and South Africa. Mr Ettling has not held any other directorships in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years. There are no details to be disclosed under paragraphs 6.F.2. (b) to (g). Mr Keith Paul Headland, who previously held this role, will become Managing Director for Strategic Accounts. Mr Headland will remain on the group operating board.
