There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares and Mr Rahmatallah's interest is unchanged following this transfer, standing at 2,645,895 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 9.84 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital being 26,900,063.
