He is a significant shareholder in \n\nhis own right.\n\nMr Coles previously worked in a variety of human resources and personnel \n\npositions in Thorn EMI, culminating in four years as Human Resources Director \n\nat Thorn Security. During his career he has also worked at Rothmans, Standard\n\nTelephones & Cables and British Steel.\n\n\n\nRichard Ferre, Chief Executive, said: \n\n'As a service organisation, employees at every level are critical to our \n\nbusiness.
