Synstar PLC 06 March 2003 6 March 2003 Synstar plc 2003 AGM RESOLUTIONS Synstar plc ('the Company'), the pan European IT services provider, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 12pm today, 6 March 2003, all of the resolutions were duly passed. As highlighted in the Annual Report, Jonathan Feuer, a non-executive director of the Company, retired from the Board of Synstar and did not offer himself up for re-election at the AGM.
