Synstar PLC 08 April 2004 Synstar plc (the 'Company') 8 April 2004 Additional Listing Application has been made for the listing of 254,106 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA') and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to the exercise of options. These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and are expected to commence trading on 15 April 2004.
