Quadnetics \nhas also published today an equivalent document in relation to the Offer \npursuant to paragraph 1.2.2R(2) of the Prospectus Rules published by the \nFinancial Services Authority. The first closing date of the Offer is 21 October \n2005.\n\nIn addition, an extraordinary general meeting of the members of Quadnetics has \nbeen convened in connection with the Offer, by means of a circular posted today \nto the shareholders of Quadnetics.
