[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n31 March 2025\n\n\n \n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n \nSynectics plc\n(\"Synectics\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n£2.0 million Award\n \nSynectics expands its longstanding relationship with West Midlands Police, reinforcing its expertise in deploying solutions for high-security environments\n \nSynectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, is pleased to announce that Ocular Integration (\"Ocular\"), its systems integration business, has been awarded a project worth approximately £2.0 million by West Midlands Police (\"WMP\") (the \"Project\").\n \nThe Project will see Ocular upgrade WMP's existing surveillance solutions infrastructure with leading-edge technology through the installation of new systems across custodial suites and police stations throughout WMP's estate. The first site is expected to go live in April 2025, with the remaining sites being delivered over the next twelve months. \n \nOcular will also deploy Synectics' flagship Synergy software, which will deliver a range of security and surveillance capabilities, including multi-site management, secure video storage, and streamlined evidence management.\n \nAs one of the largest police forces in the country, this Project is expected to play a significant part in further supporting WMP's vision to make the communities they serve safer.\n \nAmanda Larnder, Synectics' Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, said:\n \n\"We are delighted to strengthen our long-standing relationship with West Midlands Police.
