Russ, founder of\nSynectic Systems, Quadnetics' core technology business was Group Chief Executive\nfrom 2002 until 2008.\n\nOver the last 18 months Russ has worked closely with new Group Chief\nExecutive, John Shepherd, ensuring a successful handover and in implementing\nthe business restructuring as announced in June 2009.  With the new strategic\ndevelopment plan firmly bedded in, Russ has decided to pursue other\nopportunities outside the Group.\n\n\nDavid Coghlan, Chairman of Quadnetics, commented:\n\n\"Russ Singleton was the founder and inspirational driving force behind Synectics\nand later Quadnetics as a whole.
