Following this sale Mr Westcott has an interest in\n627,059 ordinary shares representing 3.84 per cent of the issued\nshare capital of the Company.\n\nThese 42,708 shares have been purchased by Mr. E Bohan and currently\nrepresent Mr. Bohan's entire holding in the Company. Mr. Bohan is a\ndirector of Bendery Properties Limited, which has an interest in\n522,956 shares in the Company, representing 3.20 per cent of the\nissued share capital of the Company.\n\nIn addition, Mr. Westcott has entered into an Option to sell to\nBendery Properties Limited up to a further 602,059 ordinary shares\n(representing 3.69 per cent of the issued share capital of the\nCompany). The price at which these transactions may take place will\nbe determined by the timing of each sale which is at the discretion\nof Bendery Properties Limited.
