Completion of Acquisition

Quadnetics Group PLC 20 February 2004 QUADNETICS GROUP PLC 20 February 2004 COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION The Board is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Look Closed Circuit TV Limited. At a Board meeting held today, 400,000 new ordinary shares have been allotted to one of the vendors of Look. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM, and admission is expected to be effective on 25 February 2004. As a result of the issue of new ordinary shares, the Company now has 11,526,691 ordinary shares in issue.
