On July 29, 2024, the Company announced that the FDA extended the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date for the revumenib NDA from September 26, 2024 to December 26, 2024 to provide FDA additional time to conduct a full review of supplemental information provided by the Company in response to the FDA's requests. The Company expects to report topline data from the AUGMENT-101 pivotal trial cohort of patients with R/R mutant nucleophosmin (mNPM1) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in the fourth quarter of 2024.
