Net revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was $266.6 million. GAAP net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was $21.8 million, or a loss of $0.56 per basic share. Non-GAAP net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was $35.3 million, or $0.90 per diluted share. “We delivered another solid quarter, with revenues increasing by over 12 percent year-over-year, marking our fourth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth. This momentum was driven by our Core IoT products, which grew 43% year-over-year in the third quarter and accounted for 25% of total sales. Our strategic initiatives in the IoT market continue to gain traction. During the quarter, we launched several new products including Wi-Fi 7 solutions, broad markets devices, and next-generation Touch controllers that strengthen our portfolio and position the company for long-term growth,” said Ken Rizvi, Synaptics’ Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
