Arsan will also assist Symphony in sales, marketing, and distribution of its products, as well as in raising corporate finance.\nSymphony may also consider granting Arsan a written distribution agreement for certain markets or product types, such as insecticides for crop growing.\nThe MoU is valid for one year and may be extended by mutual agreement. It is not legally binding except for provisions relating to confidentiality, compliance, public statements, and other standard terms.\nArsan Global operates across several sectors, including logistics, trading, real estate, and business consultancy, and has established a strong presence in the Middle East and internationally.
