New consultancy agreement and grant of options
Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc has entered into a five-year consultancy and sales agreement with a Dominican Republic resident to act as its ambassador in the English Caribbean region. In lieu of cash, Symphony will grant the consultant options to acquire 200,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 20 pence, exercisable between January 2027 and January 2031.
