PLC 13 March 2018 \n\n \n \n13 March 2018 \n \nSYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC\n \nExercise of Options and Issue of New Ordinary Shares\n \nSymphony Environmental Technologies Plc (\"Symphony\" or \"Company\") announces that the Company has issued 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\")(the \"Option Shares\"), pursuant to an exercise of share options granted on 13 March 2015 under the Company's unapproved share option scheme.\n \nApplication has been made for the Option Shares, (which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue), to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 20 March 2018 (\"Admission\").\n \nFollowing Admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 152,144,377 Ordinary Shares.
