Upon the publication of this announcement, this information is considered to be in the public domain \n \n \n SYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC \n \n \n (the \"Company\") \n \n \n Exercise of Options\n \n \n Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc announces that the Company has issued 500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"), pursuant to an exercise of share options granted on 16 October 2018 (\"Option Shares\"). \n \n \n \n \n \n Application has been made for the Option Shares, (which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares in issue), to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 31 July 2020 (\"Admission\").\n \n \n \n \n \n Following Admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 170,526,277 Ordinary Shares.
