Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is considered to be in the public domain.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n 8 May 2025\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC\n \n(\"Symphony\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nEquity subscription raising £2.5 million and\ntotal voting rights\n \nSymphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), the global specialist that makes plastic and rubber products \"smarter, safer and sustainable\", is pleased to announce that it has raised £2.5 million pursuant to an equity subscription for 12,500,000 new ordinary shares of nominal value 1 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") by Quantum Leap Capital (\"Quantum\") based in Vermont, USA (the \"Subscription\").\n \nThe subscription price is 20 pence per Ordinary Share (\"Subscription Price\") and upon completion of the Subscription, Quantum will be interested in 5.26 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.\n \nThe Subscription will complete in two tranches: Tranche A being for 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares and Tranche B for 11,250,000 Ordinary Shares. The Tranche A Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 12 May 2025 (\"First Admission\") and the Tranche B Ordinary Shares, on or around 9 June 2025 (\"Second Admission\").\n \nThe new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Subscription will rank in full for all dividends or other distributions hereafter declared, made or paid on the ordinary share capital of the Company and will rank pari passu in all other respects with all other Ordinary Shares in issue.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing First Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 226,349,120 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in Symphony will be 226,349,120.\n \nThe above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Cond...
