PLC 23 May 2008 \n \n\n \n\nSYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC\n\nAmerican Depository Receipt (''ADR'')\n \nSymphony Environmental Technologies Plc ('Symphony' 'Company' or 'the Group'), the degradable plastics and waste-to-energy Group, announces that pursuant to an exemption under U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 12g3-2(b) it has established an American Depository Receipt ('ADR') programme for investors based in the United States.
