ALL OTHER DETAILS REMAIN UNCHANGED, AND THE\nFULL AMENDED TEXT IS SHOWN BELOW.\n\n\n27 September 2007\n\n\n Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC ('the Company')\n\n Additional Listing\n\n\nSymphony Environmental Technologies, the degradable plastics company, announces\nthat it has approved the allotment of 1,600,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each\n('New Ordinary Shares') in respect of a conversion of loan stock.\n\nThe New Ordinary Shares will on admission rank pari passu in all respects with\nthe existing ordinary shares in the Company and application has been made for\nthe New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM.
