Launched as a restaurant in 1989, theCompany has grown and evolved into a distinguished meat processing plant, wellknown for its outstanding product quality. The plant takes great pride in itschoice meat; slow cooked and smoked to perfection. The Company’s fully cookedmeats are distributed all over the United States, fully equipped to fulfill anytype of catering requirement;serving retailers and the general public.
