[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 13 May 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Sylvania Platinum Limited\n \n \n \n \n (\"Sylvania\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Share Buyback Update\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n With reference to the proposed share buyback announced on 9 May 2022, the Company announces that on 12 May 2022 it acquired 1,233,946 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.43% of the Company's issued share capital, at an average price of 88.03p per Ordinary Share.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the above transaction, the Company's issued share capital is 286,155,657 Ordinary Shares, of which a total of 14,836,878 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury, including 1,402,932 Ordinary Shares pending cancellation.
