Proposed cancellation of admission to trading on AIM \n\nSilentpoint plc, (AIM: SLP) announces that at its extraordinary general meeting\n(\"EGM\") held today the resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's\nordinary fully paid shares (the \"Shares\") to trading on the AIM market of the\nLondon Stock Exchange plc (\"AIM\") was duly passed.
