On 29 June 2011, Sylvania Platinum bought back:\n \n· 10,000 fully paid common shares in Sylvania Platinum (Shares) on ASX at a price of $0.55 each for a total consideration of $5,500.\n \nThe above Shares bought back by Sylvania Platinum will be cancelled. Following the cancellation, the Company will have 301,251,805 remaining Shares on issue.\n \nSince the announcement of the Buy-Back, Sylvania Platinum has bought back a total of 10,000 Shares and 700,000 depositary interests (DIs) representing beneficial interests in Shares on AIM. Sylvania Platinum intends to purchase up to a maximum of 30,196,181 Shares subject to prevailing market conditions.\n \nThe attached Appendix 3E has today been submitted to the ASX.
