CALGARY, Sept. 12 /CNW/ - Sylogist Ltd. ("SYZ" - TSX Venture Exchange) Sylogist and James Wilson have received a statement of claim from the former shareholders of a private company Sylogist acquired for approximately $500,000 in share consideration in August, 2006, seeking damages in respect of the acquisition inthe aggregate amount of $2 million. Sylogist and Mr. Wilson are of the view that the claim is entirely without merit and intend to vigorously defend the action. Sylogist will advise of any material developments in the action as they arise.
