("SYZ" - TSX Venture\nExchange) The Board of Directors of Sylogist Ltd. is pleased to announce\nexecutive and board role appointments.\n\n\nMr. Werner Biegler has been appointed President and CEO effective\nAugust 13th. Mr. Biegler joined Sylogist in January 2007 and brings over 18\nyears of experience in the technology industry in a wide range of leadership\nroles.\n\n\nMr. Jim Wilson has been appointed Executive Chairman. Mr. Wilson was CEO\nsince June 2004, and has served on the board since 2001. In his new role,\nMr. Wilson will lead the strategic and acquisition related activities of the\ncompany in addition to chairing the board.\n\n\nMr. Bill Hews has been appointed Lead Director. Mr. Hews was previously\nboard Chair.
