Under\nthe agreements with a major U.S. food processing operation, Sylogist will\nsupply licenses to its proprietary Sylobridge enterprise connectivity software\nalong with implementation and continuing support services. It is expected that\napproximately half of the fees will be recognized as revenue in the current\nquarter with the remaining revenue recognized over the next 12 months.
