(\"Sylogist\") - (TSX-V: SYZ), is pleased to announce the recent signing of a number of contracts by\n its newly acquired Epic Data division.\n\n\nA Fortune 500 defence contractor, has issued a number of purchase orders\n for software, services and Epic Data's new UniView data entry tablets.\n The Epic Data designed UniView tablets are highly secure, mobile,\n rugged, browser based data entry terminals. The purchase of our\n state-of-the-art tablet for use in its production environments is a\n strong endorsement by a major corporation that requires secure data\n entry.  Sylogist acquired all rights to the UniView design and\n technology through its recent acquisition of Epic Data completed July\n 1, 2013.\n\n\nA second agreement, from a large food processing organization,\n commissions Sylogist to implement our Quality Assurance (QA) software\n for food production control in 17 facilities throughout the USA.  This\n solution provides the customer with the ability to manage their food\n quality inspection process in their various manufacturing plants.  \n Inspectors use mobile devices to complete their inspections and\n management can plan, monitor and report on the QA processes in real\n time, giving them visibility to and control over product quality and\n safety.\n\n\nIn the UK, the Epic Data division is implementing the first stage of a\n manufacturing execution system at a new LSE listed customer involved in\n the research, product innovation and engineering sector.  A second UK\n based contract, with a large home improvement retailer, is focused on\n enhancing their warehouse management systems.\n\n\nThe majority of the revenue from the above contracts is expected to be\n recognized by the end of December, 2013.\n\n\nWe look forward to engaging with all our customers who are currently\n using the Epic Data brand of software and hardware, as well as\n introducing them to the latest developments we have acquired, which are\n just now being introduced in the market place\", stated Jim Wilson,\n President and CEO of Sylogist.\n\n\nAbout Sylogist\n\n\nSylogist is a technology innovation company which, through strategic\n acquis...
