(TSX-V:SYZ), and Questica Inc. today announce that they have\nentered into a long term agreement that will provide municipalities and school\nboards with a leading web-based application to manage their operating and\ncapital forecasting and budgeting planning process.\n\n\nAs part of the agreement, Bellamy Software will be the exclusive marketer\nof Questica's TeamBudget Capital and Operating budgeting applications to all\nMunicipal and School Board customers currently using the Bellamy Financial\nsuite. As well, Bellamy Software will gain exclusive marketing rights to\nprovide Questica's TeamBudget budgeting solutions to school boards in Ontario\nand Western Canada.\n\n\nFurther to the agreement, Bellamy Software will provide sales and\nmarketing, consulting, implementation services and customer support. In\naddition, Bellamy Software and Questica have worked together to develop an\ninterface between Questica's TeamBudget budgeting solution and the Bellamy\nFinancial suite to provide Bellamy Customers with the additional value of an\nintegrated application.\n\n\n"Questica is very pleased to be working with Bellamy Software.
