SEGI is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets as its business has been directed or administered from British Columbia since May 14, 2010.  ? 2 SEGI has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).  ? 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in SEGI?s securities until:  1.
