The letting is to Edge Recruits Limited, a recruitment agency which specialises in finding people temporary work or permanent jobs in many employment sectors and categories across the South West and beyond. Edge Recruits supply staff to many of the region's major employers and to numerous smaller employers too.\nReopening of Harbour Heritage Trail \nThe scenic circular Heritage Trail around Plymouth's historic Sutton Harbour has re-opened following improvements in safety and accessibility. The Harbour Heritage Trail fulfils one of the key policy objectives of the Sutton Harbour Area Action Plan. \nSutton Harbour Holdings and Cornwall-based property development company, The Rowe Group, have provided funding for the first phase of improvements to the section of the path leading from the Harbour Car Park past the Lockyers Quay Pub, so that walkers can enjoy the one-mile route around the harbour and see more of one of the most interesting historic areas of Plymouth. \nThe trail should provide a boost in passing trade for the pubs, restaurants, cafes and attractions on the route, and will also give more visitors a chance to participate in the many summer events taking place in and around the Harbour such as the 26th annual Sutton Harbour Classic Boat Rally which is taking place between 26th July and 30th July.
