Statement re Bonus Issue

Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC 30 July 2004 Sutton Harbour Holdings announces that the bonus issue of one additional ordinary share for each existing ordinary share, approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting on 28 July 2004, will be made to shareholders on the register on 27 August 2004. The shares will be marked ex-entitlement on 31 August 2004 and admission of the additional shares to trading on AIM will take place on the same date.
