[{"type":"text","content":"\n Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC\n28 March 2007\n\n\n Sutton Harbour Holdings (the 'Company')\n\n\n Pre Close Trading Statement\n\n\nFurther to the announcement on 10 January 2007, the Company expects pre tax\nprofits to meet market expectations for the year ended 31 March 2007.\n\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that James Cameron will succeed Malcolm\nNaylor as Chief Executive of Air South West Limited with effect from 16 April\n2007. James was previously Chief Executive of Loganair and has held senior\npositions with British Airways and Brymon Airways.\n\n\nThe Company also announces that Ellen Winser, Chairman, will step down from the\nBoard following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 July 2007, for\npersonal reasons. The Directors record their grateful thanks to Ellen who has\nbeen a Director since 1996 and has chaired the Board for nine years.
