[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0486P Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC 27 September 2013 \n \n\n27 September 2013\nSUTTON HARBOUR HOLDINGS PLC\n(\"The Company\")\nOpening of King Point Marina, Plymouth\nThe Company announces the opening of King Point Marina at today's official launch.\nThe Company began work on King Point Marina in January 2013, installing pontoons, a wave protection gate at the entrance to the marina basin and the construction of a shore-side facility building with car parking.\nEquity funding for the project was raised by way of a share placing and open offer in January 2012.\nThe newly completed facilities inside the shore-side building include showers, toilets and amenity areas for berth holders on the ground floor and space for a marina restaurant on the first floor. Berthing is available for 171 vessels.\nJason Schofield, Chief Executive, said: \"After an active eight months of work to transform the inner basin of the historic Millbay Docks into a first class marina, I am delighted that it is now complete on time, within budget and ready to open to the public.\n\"King Point Marina will extend our existing operation of high quality marina facilities at Sutton Harbour.
