[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7942U Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC 30 June 2009 \n \nSutton Harbour Holdings plc ('Sutton Harbour' or 'the Company')\nCompletion of sale of Plymouth City Airport land\n\n \n\nSutton Harbour announced on 2 June 2009 that planning permission had been obtained for a mixed-use development on 22 acres of surplus land at Plymouth City Airport together with the exchange of contracts with a developer for the majority of the land. Sutton Harbour's Board is pleased to announce that the completion of the sale of the first tranche of residential land (4.2 acres) for £2.7 million has now taken place.
