The board has also appointed Graham as Chairman with immediate effect. Following the recent announcement that Michael Knight will be stepping down as Chairman and from the board, the Company has received his resignation effective from today.\n \nGraham, a law and MBA graduate, has a strong background in private equity, having held senior and director positions at Murray Johnstone Private Equity and 3i plc. He continues to act as consultant and advisor to high profile clients in the private equity arena. Graham currently holds a number of directorships in the banking and IT sectors, including IPL Group Limited, a specialist in business technology solutions, Lockwell Electrical Distributors Limited and Barefruit Limited, an internet software and media services specialist. Additionally, Graham is Chairman of the Equity Investment Committee at Triodos Bank and is advisor to Growth Capital Partners, a provider of structured equity, and also Finance Wales.\n \nGraham is based in the South West region.\n \nOn confirming the appointment Jason Schofield, Chief Executive, said, \"I am delighted to welcome Graham Miller to the board and as our Chairman. He brings a new skill set to the board and we look forward to working with him to deliver the vision for the Company.
