[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 2840Z\n Surgical Innovations Group PLC\n 21 May 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Surgical Innovations Group plc\n \n \n (\"Surgical Innovations\", \"SI\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Posting of Annual Report & Accounts\n \n \n Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative medical technology for minimally invasive surgery (\"MIS\"), confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 (\"2020 Annual Report\") and the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") have now been published and can be accessed via the \"Investor Centre\" section of the Company's website at: \n \n www.sigroupplc.com\n \n \n \n \n The 2020 Annual Report, the Notice of AGM and details voting by proxy will be posted to shareholders who have not consented to receive electronic communications.\n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of AGM\n \n \n The AGM is to be held on 22 June 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Company's offices at Clayton Wood House, 6 Clayton Wood Bank, Leeds, LS16 6QZ and will consider the Resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.\n \n \n \n \n \n Currently, COVID-19 restrictions and guidance are in place which prevent us convening the AGM in the usual way. The Board are hopeful that such Government guidance and restrictions may be relaxed further prior to the AGM, but we will continue to follow Government guidance. We recognise that the AGM is an important event for shareholders and the Company is keen to ensure that shareholders are able to exercise their right to vote and participate at this year's AGM. \n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting in person should pre-register their desired attendance by emailing \n \n [email protected]\n \n \n , \n \n titled 'AGM' no later than 12 noon on Friday 18 June 2021.
