[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1002A Surgical Innovations Group PLC 21 December 2017 \n\nSurgical Innovations Group plc\n(\"SI Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of Shares\n \nSurgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN) has issued and allotted a total of 202,759 ordinary shares of 1p each (\"Shares\") at a price of 3.625p per share to Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman, and Michael McMahon, Non-Executive Director in lieu of remuneration for the fourth quarter of 2017.\n \nDetails of the Shares issued and the resulting holdings of each of the directors are as follows:\n \n\n\n\n\nDirector\n\n\nShares issued\n\n\nResulting holding\n\n\nPercentage of enlarged share capital\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNigel Rogers\n\n\n120,000\n\n\n5,541,060\n\n\n0.71%\n\n\n\n\nMichael McMahon\n\n\n82,759\n\n\n18,669,129\n\n\n2.39%\n\n\n\n\n \nThe issue price was set at the closing price on the date of the Company's payroll in December.\n \nApplication will be made for 202,759 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") which is expected to take place on 29 December 2017.\n \nFollowing Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 782,566,177 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
