[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9991U Surgical Innovations Group PLC 30 October 2017 \n\nSurgical Innovations Group plc\n(\"SI Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity\n \nSurgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN) announces that it has issued and allotted 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the \"New Shares\") following the exercise of options at a price of 1.7p per share by Doug Liversidge, former chairman of the Company.\n \nApplication will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") which is expected to take place on 31 October 2017.\n \nFollowing Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 782,363,481 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
