The current intention is that he will subsequently continue to serve as a Non-executive Director for a further twelve months until 31 December 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Commenting on the transition, Nigel Rogers, the Company's Chairman, said:\n \n \n \"We are grateful to Adam for both his past and continuing commitment.
