[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7777T Surgical Innovations Group PLC 18 December 2012 \n \n\n \n \nSurgical Innovations Group plc\n(\"SI\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirectors' dealings and issue of equity\n \n \nSurgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer and manufacturer of innovative medical devices, announces that, following the exercise of options by two Directors today, it has issued and allotted 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. \n \nDetails of the Director's options exercised and resulting shareholding is as follows:-\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNumber of options\n\n\nExercise price\n\n\nTotal shareholding following issue\n\n\nTotal shareholding percentage of enlarged issued share capital\n\n\n\n\nDoug Liversidge,\nChairman\n\n\n1,000,000\n\n\n1.5 pence\n\n\n7,171,821\n\n\n1.77%\n\n\n\n\nGraham Bowland,\nChief Executive\n\n\n500,000\n\n\n1.5 pence\n\n\n5,028,498\n\n\n1.24%\n\n\n\n\n \nAccordingly Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 1,500,000 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that such Admission will occur on 24 December 2012. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. \n \nFollowing Admission the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 404,591,902 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
