Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n15 August 2019\nSurface Transforms plc\n(\"Surface Transforms\" or the \"Company\")\n \nChange to date of accounting year end \n \nSurface Transforms (AIM:SCE) announces its intention to change the Company's financial year end reporting date from 31 May to 31 December. \n \nThis will be achieved by firstly reporting the audited results of the Company for the financial year ended 31 May 2019 in the normal manner, expected in early September 2019. The Company will then report:\n \n- Unaudited interim results for the six months ending 30 November 2019 by 28 February 2020\n- audited results for the seven months ending 31 December 2019 by 30 June 2020\n- Unaudited interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2020 by 30 September 2020\n- Audited results for the twelve months ending 31 December 2020 by 30 June 2021\n \nDavid Bundred, Chairman commented: \"This change brings the Company's reporting periods in line with both its new and target OEM customers and also avoids having a year end in the middle of the automotive racing season.
