The board considers it prudent for there to be no fewer than three people on the board at any one time. Mr Taylor became a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 March 2019. The Company continues discussions with an identified candidate who is currently the subject of the customary due diligence investigations of the Company's nominated adviser.
